If you are overwhelmed or feel completely stuck, this 2-week plan is designed to work on gaining the necessary awareness of your thought patterns and how they are impacting you, choosing new thoughts and behaviors that serve you, taking ownership of your life, and planning for the future.
During our 2 weeks together, we will have three 1:1 calls to help implement and practice the skills and tools needed to live a life that is less about anxiety, uncertainty, and feelings of inadequacy, and more about freedom, fun, clarity, and good enough.
