I’m Marta Brummell
As a former therapist turned certified life coach, I specialize in helping young adults, parents, and women navigate the complexities of life with clarity, heart, and skill. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MSW from the University of Michigan, and coaching certification from The Life Coach School, I bring a depth of knowledge and a personalized approach to my work.
My philosophy is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are and co-creating an individualized roadmap for your life. My coaching draws from family systems, human biology, cognitive behavioral theory, societal conditioning, mindset management, emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, and whatever tools best serve your unique needs.
Unlike therapy, coaching allows me to partner with you in a hands-on, practical, and high-touch way. Together, we’ll cultivate a clear and managed mind, an open heart, a regulated nervous system, and an aligned spirit to help you embrace the twists, turns, and transitions of life.

As young people, we adopt beliefs, coping strategies, and habits that help us adapt, stay safe, and achieve success—but often at the expense of our well-being.
I work with my clients to help them step back into the driver’s seat of their lives. Together, we get to the heart of their struggles and reconnect them to their source. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or loneliness, we identify the root causes and create a healthier, more sustainable path forward.
