    -How to discern what’s truly aligned for you vs. what’s expected of you.

    -Fr. Michael Himes’ three questions for purpose: Is it a source of joy? Does it utilize your gifts? Does it serve the world?

    -Overcoming fear, perfectionism, and overthinking.

    -How to make decisions with clarity and confidence.

    -Building a life rooted in your values and vision.

    Why this matters: So many people live life on autopilot, following someone else’s roadmap. We help you reconnect with yourself so you can design a life that feels true to you.
