Tired, stressed-out, fearful, and lacking in direction/purpose? Or do you want to have clarity, energy, focus, and happiness? This is what life is really meant to be for you. It’s meant to be good, so amazingly good, and you’re breaking my heart here, running yourself and your potential into the ground when you could be out in the world, shining and thriving and giving all sorts of fabulous things to the world and having so many good things come back to you.

If you want to shift from merely surviving to thriving in your life, then you have come to the right place. You might not feel like it now, but I know I can help get you there until you’ve got it down and are good to sail forward all on your own. There’s nothing wrong with you. You don’t need to deny, fix, push down, play small, hide away. You are unfolding. You’re peeling back layers. You are finding your way. Don't stop. Keep walking. 

Life coaching is an invitation — a gentle encouragement — for you to look at your life as it is, here and now, and ask yourself: Where am I not flourishing? What areas of my life are no longer serving me? What beliefs and thoughts on autopilot do I have about myself that are holding me back from greater well-being and success? What shifts can I make in my mindset and my actions so that I am living from a healthier, kinder, and happier place?

You deserve to thrive. Find your fit. And that process can begin today, regardless of where and who you are in your life right now. All that is needed is for you to be open to change, and allow yourself to courageously and continually evolve into a healthier, happier, more aware, confident, wiser, and deeper version of whom you are capable of being. 

I have a habit of getting into a sort of routine during the semester, to the point where I sort of ignore how I’m feeling and what I’m thinking and simply do what I need to. Clearly, this was not working for me, yet I still persisted despite the fact that I was so unhappy. The thing I am most grateful for from our sessions was being able to realize how I had gotten stuck into this flow, and how it was effecting me physiologically. I was able to realize how I wasn’t paying attention to how I’m feeling and then work toward having a better relationship with myself and a better outlook.
