Where to….

I have worked with thousands of clients to grow their self-awareness, self-confidence, and best tools to human.

High school, college, and twenty-something-hood are some of the hardest and most formative years for both young people and parents. It is full of learning, launching, loving, and letting go. This challenging period of life provides my clients with an exciting opportunity to update their current mental programming to align with their ongoing evolution.

As clients transform their insides, their outsides shift accordingly. The point is to deeply embed values, perspectives, and insights in yourself that become reflexive and become your operating equipment. The job is not to know; it’s to become. That’s the work of a lifetime, and that is what we do in The Practice.

Understanding Your Brain

Your brain is powerful and complex, and it can be overwhelming if you don’t understand it. Each one of us has a uniquely wired brain. By learning it, honoring it, and harnessing it, you have more power and agency. You can offer guard rails and safe practices to create an optimal environment for flourishing.

Relationship with Self & Others

Loving ourselves is essential to loving others. Attunement, empathy, and connection are beautiful by-products of self-awareness and our capacity to love. Think about the messages, experiences, values, attitudes, and beliefs that you learned and ingested growing up around love. What are your expectations in relationships? We will help you grow your relational intelligence and capacity.

Managing Thoughts & Feelings

You create so much unnecessary suffering with your own thinking. You will learn to think more on purpose and less on autopilot. Your thoughts and feelings are in a constant dance with one another. Just by questioning and examining your thoughts with curiosity and compassion, you will move in the world feeling more calm and confident.

The Daily Practice & How to Change

We have so much discomfort in the face of change because it threatens our identity and sense of self. We talk about what happens when change knocks us off our charted path. How do we get back up? How do we figure out who we are without that path? And how do we start building a new way to walk through the world? We will help you find your way with the tools and practices in The Practice.

“The gift of having a life coach in your child's world is worth every penny. We were at our wit's end in trying to help our son find his way and figure things out with school, his friends, and just being happier, overall. His motivation and mood shifted almost immediately after he started working with Marta, and so did ours! I feel like we all shifted for the better. There is definitely overlap in our parenting and Marta's coaching, but somehow she got through to him differently than we were able to. I think that is part of the magic. And Marta is the secret sauce.”
